Well...hopefully some good seeds throughout my life in the lives of others...my children, my grandson, and people God has brought my way. But as far as real plant seeds, not a lot that ever really grew very well. I'm not good at gardening, so I buy my plants already grown and then try to keep them alive! I hope you get some blackberry cobbler out of those blackberries!
Thankfully, I planted a few seeds of goodness and kindness in my daughters when they were small. As far as gardening I do not have much luck with seeds except with green beans, cucumbers, okra and squash. Most other vegetables I buy as plants.
Oh, I love blackberries. They remind me of a time when we could just pick them on bushes growing up, and now they are so expensive at the stores! I don't get them that often, but when I do, I savor them. : )
Oh, I wanted to answer your question....the book nook on my post is a book library that we see sometimes in neighborhoods. People share their books with each other. Although, I can't understand why they would want to during this time. But the library box looked bare with only a couple books, so maybe. I think it's a great idea if one likes to read a lot. : )
I've planted quite a few seeds in my day, but no more. We have some pesky visitors here and I don't have the energy to deal with them any longer. Of the furry kind, visitors that is.
I love blackberries and have tried to grow them, but they just do not do well here in our area. They are such a pretty plant as well. Now to your question......I always plant seeds of kinds, encouragement, and hope.
I've planted lettuce, radish, basil, cosmos, zinnia and soon more basil and daisy! The lettuce and radish are beginning to pop up!
ReplyDeleteSounds good!

ReplyDeleteI have no doubt those seeds in your life are blooming now!
Delete😊
I am hoping for blackberry cobbler too.
Are you going for a deeper meaning here? :) In the garden I'm not a seed planter. I usually buy the plant already grown.
ReplyDelete😊
DeleteLots of my potted bulbs began as free seed from Kirstenbosch. Some of my garden plants are volunteers that seeded themselves.
ReplyDeleteVolunteers...I like that. 😊
DeleteI have tried to plant seeds of kindness and tolerance. And hope they spread. Fast.
ReplyDeleteI hope so too, Elephant's Child. Kindness and tolerance always spread at just the right time. Bless you. 🌸
DeleteI am a keen gardener but nowadays plant nearly always bought seedlings. I do grow on self seeders though.
ReplyDeleteWhat are self seeders? I am not an experienced gardener. Just houseplants. These blackberry plants were here before me.
DeleteI've planted many seeds through out my life but the ones I hope took the best root are the ones for salvation. :)
ReplyDeletethe most important, by far...
DeleteAloe vera ektim.
Seni korusun.
DeleteI try my best to plant seeds of goodness in life.
ReplyDeleteAs for plants, I have just planted pomegranate seeds.
Regards from Indonesia

DeleteThanks, Renee.
ReplyDeleteBasil! Also....Mercy to others. : )
ReplyDeleteGoodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. 🤗

ReplyDeleteThat will sprout, goodness and kindness. 🙂

ReplyDeleteWe have deer here. People go to great lengths to keep them away from gardens.
DeleteWhat a cleverly executed post today. I know I'll be thinking about that question all day now
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cloudia! Have a good day.
DeleteI always wish that I had planted more good seed...
ReplyDeleteI am sure you planted more than you think. Besides, there is no time like the present!
DeleteI haven't planted as many seeds of love as I'd have liked.
ReplyDeleteBut:
Nunc Coepi -( Now I begin)
Nunc Coepi...I like that.
DeleteI hope that I've planted good seeds...

DeleteI do my best to plant seeds of kindness …

ReplyDeleteYes! I hope they make a lot of berries!
DeleteHi, Renee! It's good. Just cooking, cleaning, doing schoolwork (I homeschool) and eating. Lots of eating. 😂
ReplyDeleteI hope so too. 😊
ReplyDeleteA thought provoking question. The special seeds - I have wonderful caring, Christian children.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful blessing! 🌸
