I just woke up, so I'm doing ok. Thank you for asking. I'm sipping on coffee right now, but I will have a cup of tea later and think of your post. I love this simple and delightful post, Sandi.
Hi Sandi, Sometimes I'm pretty sure mental telepathy is real and active. Well, earlier today I got an ad email entitled "The Powerful Health Benefits of Matcha." The ad writer knew how to catch my attention with that subject line. And now, later in the day, you've offered me a cup of tea. Thank you! :-) Anyway, I checked out the ad and I think I will try some Matcha. Here's a quote from the article. "I’m a daily green tea drinker, and while I’m not a huge fan of the grassy, bitter taste, I drink it for its health benefits. For example, multiple studies have found that people who drink a daily cup of green tea have an easier time maintaining a healthy weight." Anyway, if this sounds interesting to you here is a link ... https://www.kaufmann-mercantile.com/field-notes/post/22061/the-powerful-health-benefits-of-matcha Thanks for letting me enjoy a cup of tea with you. The only thing that would make it better would be if you were here in person. :-) Have a happy day and take care! John
