Oh my! What a thought to ponder this Friday morning. Wow...the possibilities are limitless, aren't they? Thank you for making me think so early in the morning. Perhaps God wanted me to ponder that thought.
Sandi, for once I am without words. I honestly don't know. If you asked me this fifty years ago, I would have a slew of answers, maybe forty or thirty. Now I am more content and more confident. I'll have to think on this one.
I would love to life such a dedicated life as a Christian that those who don't know Christ would want to b a Christian. I also would love to fly and be able to soar like a bird. Thank you for asking a very thoughtful question. Thank you for visiting and for your prayers and kind comments. Dh is doing so well, like you I am so amazed at how quickly a body heals, God is so awesome. Blessings, Sue
Oh my what a gift that would be Sandi there are so many things that need healing in this world, i'd have to think long and hard to put my finger on the most important. Thank you for your visit and inspiring question. Tracey
That's a very thoughtful 'if' and one I'm not sure I have an if response to offer. My first thought is to illustrate a children's book then that's what I'd try. As much as I like to draw, I feel if I try to do it as a means to a profit then the pressure would steal my love for my passion. Interesting question. Thanks for stopping by the other day to look at my Thursday art. :)
An interesting thought. I don't have an answer immediately but will give it thought. I OFTEN fail, but it doesn't stop me trying. I would love to be able to fly though - something I have never attempted.
Interesting how the question makes us realize that the fear of failure can get in the way of starting something!! Maybe a word for me as there is something I've been thinking of but hadn't realized maybe that is why I'm not doing it...hmmm!! thanks!!!♡
Oh Sandi...that is such a question because I honestly have a list of things I would love to try, but then my lack of confidence gets to me and I regret not trying. I've been better at it lately, but it still rears its ugly head! Thanks for the reminder!! :)
I can think of several things but I'd probably choose playing the piano. My sister is a wonderfully gifted pianist and I so envy her. I took lessons as a child but was never successful and gave up! But God didn't give us all the same talents...the world would be so boring if we were all the same:)
Lots of things. For one, travel. It's not something I do much of anymore. I would love to visit my cousin in North Carolina whom I haven't seen in over 20 years. We grew up together.
I would only know this in whatever situation this would refer to in my life, and I would attempt to trust in the Word the Lord had spoken to me regarding this situation when I sought Him.
That's a good question, but I'd have to think about it for awhile. : )

*I know what you mean, I wondered the same thing about the shoes. Did they have a fight and throw them up there, or was it a sign of love? Or were they just drying them out? If you noticed, there was two different pairs of tennis shoes hanging.

ReplyDeleteI've never given it a tought because I've always believed I have no way of knowing precisely about failure or success - as it's all in God's hands.

ReplyDeleteHm, anything and everything. Provided it’s neither illegal nor too exhausting, of course.
