A quiet whisper on a very loud Internet. Can you hear me?

Trust
but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
Trusting in our Lord and Savior and this encouraging message from our church; During a time of uncertainty our prayers should increase, but our anxiety should not. God is in control, and we need to lean on Him, remembering that everything that God allows is for our good and his glory. Philippians 4:6-7 “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication let your request be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” We would all do well to follow the admonition in James 4:8 – Cleanse your hands ye sinners!
Amen Sandi, that Word has the power to bring into existence that which does not exist. I believe in miracles, and in Jesus we have peace. Your picture of the tulips is beautiful. God bless.
You couldn't know how much this means to me right now. The Lord gave me this Scripture a few days ago-and of course it meant a lot to me then. But your post just reinforced His goodness to me. Thank you so much.
That is a great verse and one of my favorites.

ReplyDeleteI love this scripture, one of my many favorites.
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of Eric Liddell in the movie, 'Chariots of Fire' as he gently quoted this.
Trusting in Him!

One of my favorite verses, and what a beautiful picture. It made me smile, as the one flower is different than all the other flowers. ; )
