Why?
Because...
God is real. The Gospel is true.
In the early 1900's, just over one hundred years ago, Pyongyang, North Korea was called the Jerusalem of the East. Kim Jong-Un's great-grandparents were devout Christians. When communism swept that country the leaders hid that fact and painted them as good communists.
So a prayer for Kim Jong-Un:
The Lord bless you and keep you.
The Lord open your eyes and water your gardens.
The Lord rescue and help you.
The Lord change the ground beneath your feet.
The Lord take your heart in His hands and give you peace.
I am just an ordinary person, but I believe you can change the whole world with a prayer.
AMEN!

ReplyDeleteWe all need prayer right now. Janice
ReplyDeletePrayers going out to the whole world to know the true God!
ReplyDeleteYes Sandi I too believe all miracles start with faithful prayer. With God all things are possible. Thank you for sharing about Kim -Jong Un - who would have known his great grandparents were Christians! Hugs
ReplyDeleteYou are correct, and I set my faith in agreement with yours.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful prayer and quite a challenge. I do believe in prayer and know it can change everything.

I believe this, too!
ReplyDeleteHow interesting to learn his great grandparents were devout Christians. May God have mercy on him and call him to redemption.
ReplyDeleteThe entire world saw a miracle right in front of them of them last week. Pray for him for a miracle.
ReplyDeleteYes, I believe that too!!
ReplyDeleteI never heard about his great grandparents. Yes, the power of prayer is great and I agree with need to pray.
ReplyDeleteI believe the world can be changed through prayer too, and we should pray for all who we are brought to pray for. The scriptures tell us to pray for those who despitefully use us.
ReplyDeleteThese words, "Because God is real. The Gospel is true.", says it all. Jesus clearly tells us that we are to pray for our enemies. One prayer at a time, for one person at a time could make a huge difference. Thank you for that reminder, Sandi.
ReplyDeleteI believe so as well.
ReplyDeleteAmen!
