Praise the Lord that the Battle is His and the Victory is His too. Thank you for sharing. To answer your question on my blog, No, the sons aren't twins. They are 5 1/2 years apart. The reason that photo was taken was the daughters in law saw how similar their actions and body language was and wanted to record it. The older they get the more they do look alike. Sue
Hi Sandi, So many people have a misconception about California and all its climates and diversity. I live in northern California, so Yes, it gets cold in the winter and snows about 6 months out of the year. It's a beautiful area, close to Mount Shasta, if you've heard of the mountain. It's not too far from Oregon, so it does get cold, but it is also warm during the summers, but since I'm at such a high elevation, (3,000 ft.) it doesn't get as warm as living in the valley. Also, people tend to think that So Cal is always bright and sunny. Where Jess and Nel live, it is around 70's and 80's in the summer, not much warmer, and it rains in the winters. Nel is only about 20 minutes from the mountains where she can appreciate the snow. (Mount Baldy and Big Bear). Yes, it snows in So Cal. too. California is long, and we have the oceans and the valleys and the mountains. LA is just a dot on the map. So, now that I've given you a geography course haha, I hope you have a wonderful October, filled with all things good. : )
Sandi, I need to let you know that I found your comment on my blog for today. I was on my phone when I checked and my finger apparently is big enough that it hit delete rather than publish. I am so sorry. But I am glad that you needed the message today. xx
