Ice Songs

Did you know ice sings? It does, like us.

This is a dear, old friend of mine who I have never met or spoken to in real life. But this is better than real life, isn't it? In real life I have wet socks and dirty coffee cups and my hair's a mess. Oh, and the Ancient Spirit she mentions? I know Who that is. Do you?

  3. I've heard about it but never heard it in person.
Makes me think of the verse that says "All creation sings!"

  4. I haven't heard these sounds just the cracking, but then again I can not get down to the ice anymore with my bad knees. I know my hubby took pictures of our lakes with what looked like giant snowflakes over them, I can't remember what our weather guy called them when my hubby sent him the pictures but it is pretty cool!

  5. So magical!! The actual sound of the earth changing. I wonder if the ancient spirit is the soul of the earth, nature itself?

  6. This is new to me too. Of course living in the lowlands of California there isn't much opportunity for the Ancient of Days Music.
Beautiful and yes All Creation Sings. We just have to listen with our hearts.

  8. Revelation 5:13 NKJV
13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:

“Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!”

  15. I have seen her, too, and I like her Nordic Sweden scenes very much. It is very hard to make such beautiful romantic films, but she looks relaxed and soft like a Nordic fee.
