Ancient Prayer

Translated from every language into
every other language,
this ancient prayer has been said
by every soul
who was ever in need:

Help
Me,
God.

Have you ever said it? I have.

  2. Oh my goodness! Have I ever said it? How many days have I lived on the earth? Probably I have prayed that prayer at least once for every day...

  3. Dear Sandi, I never used to ask God for help. That is, I didn't pray the prayer of petition. Mostly I praised or thanked God. But then my health became problematic and I had one health issue after another for 11 years. It was then--when I had no control at all over my life--that i began to pray for help. Peace.

Every time I cry out to my God, I know He hears and answers. Praising His name!

  7. I sure have, many times.
Funny how people pray that prayer who say they don't believe in God.
