Yes indeed! This brings to mind the time when a pastor friend of my husband gave him a blaque that said: "God answers all prayers, to some he says yes, to some he says maybe, to some he says, you have got to be kidding!"
Prayer to God carries power, power to do anything, God willing. I remember times when I prayed to God to make the storm and rain go away; it helped, the storm and the rain stopped.
