Fast

Is not this the fast that I choose:
to loose the bonds of wickedness,
to undo the straps of the yoke,
to let the oppressed go free,
and to break every yoke?

Isaiah 58:6

    Hi Sandi! This is such a great passage. I often think of a 'fast' as being food related, but there are many other things that don't need my attention or time. Fasting can be positive works toward others, or even myself.
