That remaining in an attitude of prayer, of communing with God as we go about our daily life's work is so very precious. The older I get the more precious it becomes. Thanks, friend, for sharing this verse.
Hello Sandi. The photo propels me in memory to the movie, Dr. Zhivago, and Russia. The praying without ceasing is also something I am very familiar with. Thanks for all your sweet visits and comments on my posts, by the way. Always nice to see you have stopped by. Susan
Hi Sandi! This passage has been a little mantra for me this year. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing. Pretty good advice that worked thousands of years ago, all the way to today. Happy Sunday! Ceil
Amen!!! It seems as though I have this running conversation with God all day long...from one subject to another. It is amazing He can keep track of it all!!
Such a nice way to meet you-on your blog, and mine! But we shall meet in heaven too! I so appreciate visitors who love Jesus coming to my blog. I read your story about (you) your grandma's forgiveness salad. Wonderful. One of my Scriptures for this year is Luke 6:26-36. I see much of that being about forgiveness....
In all things by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, may we let our requests be known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding , will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus! ( Philippians 4:6)
I think that we probably talk with the Lord through the day more than we even realize, and I believe He is always speaking to me....if I will only listen!
Amen- I try to pray a little as I make my way through every day. xo Diana
